About DEAF & DUMB WELFARE SOCIETY
At Deaf and Dumb Welfare Society, we are committed to promoting welfare for all, regardless of race, gender, religion, or province. Our focus is on improving the lives of those with disabilities. Currently, we support disabled individuals and senior citizens through small local grants and our income-generating small factory, which includes sewing, stitching, and computer training.
